Summary:
The value of Artemia  larva on the growth of aquatics was so obvioua from 1933. So that nowadays more than 2000 tons of Artemia cysts used in the world. Little size of cysts and larvae that obtained from those cysts could be one reason to show that cysts and larva have good quality. The objectives of this study were to compare size of cysts in Urmia Lake and Fesendooz region in Miandoab and comparison of size of the nauplii and metanauplii produced from those cysts. It is necessary to mention that hatching was done in 25 ppt, 35 ppt and 45 ppt salinity. For decreasing error, each experiment repeated twice. Finally dada analyzed by Spss 10 and it was shown: 1) The cyst of Fesendooz has small size. 2) The size of nauplii that obtained from cysts Urmia Lake have difference in 25 ppt with 35 ppt concentration, and the nauplii in 35 ppt was little but there is not any difference in 35 ppt with 45 ppt concentration. 3) The nauplii that obtained from Fesendooz cysts in 35 ppt have small size in relation to nauplii that obtained from cysts of Urmia Lake in this concentration. 4) The metanauplii that obtained from Urmia Lake in 35 ppt have little size in relation to other concentration in this group. 5) Nauplii and metanauplii from cysts Feaendooz have little size in relation to nauplii and metanauplii from cysts of Urmia Lake. With regard to, we know that extracted high hatching percent in 35 ppt then we can say, that cyst of Fesendooz and nauplii and metanauplii obtained from this region, in 35 ppt concentration, have a small size. Therefore, the syst produced in artificial culture pool have high quality cysts and larvae.
